How much is shipping, and when will my furniture arrive?
Because we craft substantial, high-quality pieces, we rely on specialized freight partners to ensure safe transit. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your location. Shipping costs are free for all order above $1,000.
What if the piece doesn't perfectly fit my space?
We want your home to be a destination you truly love returning to. If your new furniture isn't the perfect fit for your sanctuary, you have 30 days from delivery to return it in its original condition. Simply reach out to our support team, and we’ll help you arrange the return freight.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We package our furniture meticulously to ensure it arrives in pristine condition, but we know the unexpected can occasionally happen in transit. If your piece arrives with any damage, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange for a professional repair or a complete replacement at absolutely no cost to you.
Will I need to assemble the furniture myself?
Most of our seating arrives fully assembled and ready to enjoy. Larger architectural items require only minimal assembly. If you choose our White Glove delivery tier, our team handles 100% of the assembly for you.

Absolutely. We build heirloom-quality furniture meant to anchor your home for decades. All HomeBound furniture frames and structural components are backed by a comprehensive 10-year warranty.
